At Technology Luxe, we strive to deliver your orders swiftly and securely across Pakistan.
📍 Local Delivery – Karachi
Orders are dispatched within 1–2 business days after they are handed over to our logistics partner.
📦 Nationwide Delivery – Rest of Pakistan
Orders outside Karachi are typically delivered within 4–5 business days after dispatch.
🚨 Delays Due to Unforeseen Events
Please note that deliveries may be delayed due to factors beyond our control such as rains, strikes, public holidays, or logistics disruptions. We appreciate your patience during such instances.
💸 Shipping Charges
Shipping charges vary based on location and parcel weight. Applicable charges are visible at checkout.
📲 Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via SMS or email to monitor the status of your parcel.
📦 Delivery Attempts
Courier services will make up to 2–3 delivery attempts. If the parcel is not received, it may be returned to us. Re-delivery will incur additional shipping charges.
💵 Cash on Delivery (COD) Policy
For COD orders, please ensure availability at the delivery address. Repeated refusal to accept COD parcels may lead to suspension of COD privileges.
🔁 Return & Exchange Policy
At Technology Luxe, customer satisfaction is our priority. However, to ensure fairness and efficiency, we follow the return guidelines below:
⚠️ Report Damages Within 24 Hours
If you receive a damaged, defective, or malfunctioning product, you must:

📃 Read Descriptions Before Ordering
We request all customers to read product descriptions carefully. Unjustified or baseless return claims will not be entertained.
🔄 Exchange Policy
Where applicable and depending on stock availability, we may offer a replacement product instead of a return.
🚫 Non-Returnable Items
Products such as earphones, personal hygiene items, or clearance sale products may be marked as Non-Returnable and will not qualify for return or exchange.
📦 Condition for Return
Products must be returned in their original packaging, unused, and with all included accessories/manuals. Incomplete returns may be declined.
❌ Wrong Item Received
In case of a wrong item received, report within 24 hours with proof. We will arrange the correct product or offer a suitable resolution.
🚚 Return Shipping Costs
If a return request is approved, the customer is responsible for both the return and replacement shipping charges. These charges will be deducted from the refund amount.
Customers are expected to send the product via a reliable courier service to our designated return address in Karachi, which will be shared upon approval of the return.

If a refund is approved, it will be processed within 5–7 business days via original payment method or bank transfer depending on the case.
